Two match boxes covered in old lace, photographs, and buttons; these small fragments gleaned from the streets of Paris: a palimpsest for the flâneur. Each matchbox nestles a small painting to hold in the palm as a poem, a postcard, a bonbon, a wish, a dream, a new energy, a reflection, a love letter from across the sea.
